I ordered a bracelet for the fallen officer of Westerville PD. I made a mistake on the spelling (due to my fat fingers) and I emailed and asked if there was anyway to correct the spelling. I got an email back allowing me to correct it and a new bracelet shipped to me at no charge! They really went above and beyond for me. I would recommend this company to anyone! This bracelet is a very comfortable & subtle way to keep a fallen LEO close. The aluminum band is flexible, yet sturdy. The officer or deputy's name, department, and EOW engraved very clearly. I have not taken mine off since I first put it on. VERY fast shipping. Thanks for everything, ODMP.
